I offer three approaches to exploring your life and resolving dilemmas. All underpinned by philosophy and psychology, they differ mainly in focus, frequency and setting :
Counselling & Therapy - Focuses on personal issues, life crises and dilemmas. Frequency is usually one hour weekly.
