I offer two approaches to exploring your life. Both underpinned by  philosophy and psychology, they differ mainly in focus, frequency and setting :

Counselling & Therapy - Focuses on personal issues, life crises and dilemmas.   Frequency is usually one hour weekly.

Work & Life Coaching - Focuses on work related issues, career development and work/life balance. Frequency is usually two hours monthly.

Both approaches offer confidential support, challenge and new perspectives. Both can help you understand yourself, evaluate your choices and become empowered to create  better ways of living and working.
