Family Consultancy – a specialised service for divorce
Family Consultancy is designed to support divorcing couples who have chosen to use the collaborative law process. This is a relatively new way of dealing with family disputes and is an alternative to going to court. Each person appoints their own lawyer but instead of conducting negotiations between you and your partner by letter or phone you meet together with your lawyers to work things out face to face in Four Way Meetings.
Family Consultancy is a complementary service which helps facilitate the collaborative law divorce process.
